If you would like to return a gift purchase, you may be able to do so at one of our boutiques, provided the item(s) meets our return policy conditions.
Please note that we are unable to provide a monetary refund for gift returns as we need original payment method to proceed a refund. Instead, you may choose to exchange the item for alternative product of the same monetary value or receive a store credit (valid for 3 months) to use on a future purchase.
You can return a gift purchase in-store by presenting the product.

- The item must be in saleable condition
