Online purchases are shipped directly from our warehouse in Sydney via our current courier partner AusPost. The estimated dispatch date of your order is within 5-7 business days from our receipt of your order.
AusPost has currently suspended all overnight Express deliveries, however, if you choose Express this does mean it is "Express" within the AusPost network and it will be processed faster than Standard Post.
At times, delivery delays may happen and can be out of our control. Please check for all AusPost updates HERE
Order deliveries will be made between 9am - 5pm (Monday – Friday) therefore, a business delivery address is preferred unless someone will be present at the nominated residential address to receive the parcel. Goods may need to be signed for upon delivery.
If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative (i.e. colleague, neighbour, building manager).
**If you have authorised for your delivery to be LEFT UNATTENDED or LEFT IN A SAFE PLACE L'OCCITANE bears no liability for the [missing/stolen] loss of the parcel, as the security of the goods will be the recipient's responsibility.
