We always try and do our best with customer gift wrap needs, but sometimes there is confusion with what can be sent and how it will be gift wrapped.
**To honour our sustainability commitments, please bear in mind that selected products that are already considered gift wrapped; will not be eligible for additional giftwrapping.
We have provided a comprehensive guideline for you below to make it easier for you to understand our giftwrapping methods and options:
ENCLOSE GIFT WRAPPING WITH ORDER
When this option is selected, you will have gift sachets (medium-sized) included for each item in your order. This will allow you to wrap your items together or separately, allowing you to be in control of what items will be gifted together. PLEASE NOTE if your items are considered as FULLY GIFT WRAPPED, no additional gift wrap will be included in your order (i.e. advent calendars, gift packs, baubles).
**Baubles have a perforation which can be removed. This removable page is the one containing the containing the contents of the bauble.
SEND MY ORDER FULLY GIFT WRAPPED
When this option is selected it will mean your order will be considered as ONE gift. It will be gift wrapped as one complete gift, as we are unable to determine how your products are going to be gifted between multiple recipients.
Please note that we do not send empty gift boxes and we also do not send carry bags (retail shopping bags) as these are exclusively for in-store purchases.
If your order is ALREADY CONFIRMED we cannot add gift wrapping and a gift message to your order, as we do not have the functionality to amend orders once it has been fulfilled by our warehouse team.
For any of our collections that already come in a presentation box — such as the Fragrance Set, Hand Cream Trio, or Hand Cream 5-Piece Set — the box shown online is the box they will be delivered in. These items are considered fully gift-ready, so no additional wrapping or ribbon is provided with these particular sets.
If you are purchasing a product that does not come in a gift box, our complimentary gift-wrapping option will include our signature L’OCCITANE gift box where available.
For all gift sets that are presented in our Signature gift box there will be no additional gift wrapping around the box.
Due to the large size of our Christmas Crackers, we’re unable to add any additional gift wrapping to these items, as they do not fit within our gift-wrapping options. However, the picture label on the back is designed to peel off easily, so your recipient can still enjoy the surprise when opening their gift.
Hugs and Kisses will come in a gift sachet if requested as the product can be viewed from the outside
Our Signature Advent Calendar and our Classic Advent Calendar are considered FULLY GIFT WRAPPED. For each Deluxe Advent Calendar you order, it will be sent in one packaging box (individually) and for each Classic Advent Calendar you order, two can fit in one packaging box.
