Unfortunately, once your order has been placed ANY information cannot be amended. However, once you receive your tracking details from AusPost you have the functionality to redirect your parcel with them.

Alternatively, if your order has incorrect information which cannot be changed via AusPost (i.e. address, contact information) it would firstly need to be shipped and then refused delivery by you, for it to be returned back to L'OCCITANE and refunded. You can then place a new order with the correct information accordingly.
Please be aware if you paid via APPLEPAY the delivery address synced to your account will automatically populate as your shipping address for your order.
