Introduction
Once your order has been packed, it will be dispatched either later today or tomorrow(Excluding Public holiday and Weekend). Delivery times then depend on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

If your order is packed and ready to go, it will usually leave our warehouse later the same day or the next business day.

If you are located in a metropolitan area, you can expect to receive your parcel within X days after dispatch.
Delivery to regional or remote areas may take longer. Estimated timeframes can vary depending on the courier and your delivery address.
If there is a delay
If your delivery is delayed, we will let you know and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
