Yes you can!
Here are two easy ways to do this.
- Head to the LOGIN icon at the top of every page to find a link to Track My Order. On this page you will be able to add your order number and the email address you used to purchase with, if your order has been shipped – the tracking option will appear. Please note, you order number starts with 'EC'.
- If you find yourself close to the FOOTER of the website, simply locate Track My Order under Services and you will be redirected to the same Order Number + Email prompt.
The tracking confirmation email will come directly from Australia Post within 24 hours of them scanning your parcel, along with further delivery-related updates.
