Unfortunately, once an order has been accepted into the system we are no longer able to amend ANY information (i.e. gift wrapping, products, recipient's name).
As the order has begun processing via our Warehouse, it is unable to be intercepted and amended manually. However, we may be able to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it (upon confirmation from our Warehouse team) and then you may create a replacement order with the correct items inside; and select the Gift Wrap option.
Please kindly note that if your item already contains a gift box/pouch/tin or any of the below this is considered gift wrapped and this voids the eligibility for additional gift wrapping to be added.
**You are more than welcome to visit any of our boutiques, and our team will happily provide gift wrap materials for you. Ensure you take your order invoice with you.
