For any order to go Express with our courier partner it must meet their conditions.
One of these conditions is that it must not contain any products that are considered flammable in the order, as they are unable to go by Air.
So if you have ordered and your order does meet the Express Shipping threshold and you need for it be sent by Express please double check that it does not contain any flammable items such as:
- All Fragrances
- Lavender Pillow Mist
- Repairing Hair Mist
- Home Fragrances.
*This will also include any gift sets or gift packs containing products categorised as flammable, as the sets/packs cannot be separated.
