As birthday vouchers are issued approximately 2 weeks prior to your registered birthday, it is also worth double-checking that your birthday has been correctly registered.
Only registered eligible customers are entitled to receive a birthday voucher. If you have just signed up and do not have any record of a purchase history, you will need to spend any dollar amount to receive a birthday voucher the following year.
