When you join our Passport to Provence Loyalty program please make sure to fill out all customer details including your birthday! A Birthday Gift is available for all levels of Passport To Provence members.
You can redeem your Birthday Gift online by using the unique code provided in your birthday email or by visiting your local L'Occitane boutique. This offer is valid for 4 weeks from receiving your birthday email, and 2 weeks from your birthday.
*Customers must purchase a minimum of one product in order to redeem their birthday gift. Customers are eligible for one birthday voucher per loyalty calendar year. Birthday gift is redeemable 5 minutes after receiving the birthday email (email will be sent two weeks prior to the customers birthday), and for up to one month from when the birthday email is sent.
