'PASSPORT TO PROVENCE' LOYALTY BENEFITS
As an example if you are a current member with us and spent $200 in 2023 this would be reflected as a Voyager Level in 2024. It is now the 31st of December 2024 and you have only spent $30 that year with us. As you did not spend at least $100 that year, you will be downgraded to the lower tier ‘Traveller’ from
the 1st of January the next year (2025). When downgraded to a Traveller; your points are reset to 0 on the 1st of January and you will be able to enjoy the benefits according to this tier.
