Great question!
Once you have placed an order, your payment will not be captured from your account until your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
After your order has been shipped, your pending payment will be processed and it may take up to 24-48 hours for your points to reflect on your account from this date.
Another thing we also want you to consider, is that loyalty points count towards your calendar year spend and so if you purchased last year but not yet this year, your balance will be zero.
